Stage 13: Donthon (4185 m) down to Meilixi (2100 m)

5.5 hours, 2000 meters descending

The last day of the trek is a long descent back down to the Mekong.

Real moss.
Birch tree with nice bark.

The trek ends at a Chorten above the Mekong about two kilometers from Meilixi. The village is reached by walking along a water channel or along the road.
